The free trial

You get a six-week trial with every feature on and no card required. The clock starts when you name your kennel, not when you first sign up.

Nothing is held back during the trial — run a full litter, take deposits, upload records, and decide afterwards.

The two paid plans

• Choose annual if you raise about three or more litters a year.
• Choose per litter if you breed occasionally and would rather pay per litter.

Note — An annual subscription already covers every litter, so annual subscribers are never asked to activate a litter.

What happens when the trial ends

If you never subscribed, you move to the free plan and your account stays writable. The paid conveniences switch off, but the record-keeping core does not: your animals, litters, pups, health records, weights and photos stay there, uncapped, and you can keep adding to them for as long as you like. No card is charged, because there was never a card.

Read-only is different, and it only applies if you have paid before. If a plan you were on lapses or you cancel, your account becomes read-only: you keep full access to view and export everything, and adding and editing pause until you subscribe again. Cancelling never deletes anything.

How payment works

Payment and invoices are handled by Stripe. Manage your plan under Account → Security & Billing, where a billing portal gives you your invoices and lets you update your payment method.
