Manage your subscription

You manage everything about your plan under Account → Security & Billing. From there you can subscribe annually, activate a single litter, handle invoices and payment details, and switch on two-factor authentication.

Go annual

To take the annual plan (A$249/year, unlimited litters):

1. Go to Account → Security & Billing.
2. Choose Go annual.
3. Complete the payment through Stripe.

Once you're on the annual plan, every litter is covered — you won't be asked to activate litters one by one.

Activate a single litter

If you'd rather pay per litter (A$99 one-off, per litter):

1. Go to Account → Security & Billing.
2. Choose Activate this litter.
3. Complete the payment through Stripe.

That litter is now active. Activate another the same way whenever you start a new one.

Note — If you're already on the annual plan, there's no Activate this litter to worry about — annual already covers them all.

View invoices and update your payment method

Payment and invoices are handled by Stripe. From Account → Security & Billing, open the manage-billing portal to:

• view and download your invoices;
• update your payment method.

If your plan lapses

Because you have paid before, cancelling turns your account read-only: you can still view and export everything, but adding and editing are paused. Subscribe again from Account → Security & Billing to restore full access — nothing is lost in the meantime. (Breeders who never subscribed aren't affected by this: they stay on the writable free plan.) See Plans & pricing for what read-only covers.

Turn on two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second step at sign-in. To switch it on:

1. Go to Account → Security & Billing.
2. Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) and follow the prompts.

Tip — Turning on 2FA is a quick way to keep your buyers' details and your records better protected.
